For her father's Bermuda birthday celebrations, Meredith & hubby Penn surprised Tom with a portrait session at Rosewood Tucker's Point with the whole family in attendance. Grandpa Tom and little Beau have a special relationship that was so sweet to capture. And Kirstyn & Ross' recent engagement proved one more reason to celebrate!
